Description

Indulge in crispy, golden-brown chicken with a sweet and spicy hot honey glaze, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup hot honey sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Olive oil spray (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat dry the chicken breasts with paper towels.
  3. In one bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. In another bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Dredge each chicken piece in the flour mixture, then dip into the panko.
  6. Arrange the breaded chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Lightly spray the chicken with olive oil.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and juices run clear.
  9. In the last few minutes of baking, drizzle hot honey sauce over each piece and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
