- 1 cup of white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of red velvet cake mix (ensure it’s halal certified)
- 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Optional: Edible glitter or red sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
- Pop the popcorn kernels using an air popper or stovetop method.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Stir in the vanilla extract, then mix in the red velvet cake mix and powdered sugar.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the popped popcorn and stir to coat.
- Sprinkle additional red velvet cake mix and a pinch of salt if desired.
- Spread the coated popcorn onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Once cooled, break apart clumps and serve in Halloween-themed bowls or bags.
