Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Prepare your shrimp by ensuring they are peeled and deveined or cook fresh shrimp until pink and cool.
  2. Soften the unsalted butter at room temperature.
  3. In a food processor, blend shrimp, butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, cayenne, parsley, and lemon zest until smooth.
