Instructions

- In another large bowl, cream the softened butter with the granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.

- Gently fold in the caramel sauce.
- Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheets, sprinkling lightly with coarse sea salt.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown on the edges but still soft in the center.
