Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and fine sea salt.
  3. In another large bowl, cream the softened butter with the granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.

  6. Gently fold in the caramel sauce.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheets, sprinkling lightly with coarse sea salt.
