Description

Deliciously creamy and chocolaty mini treats that combine cheesecake and cookies, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 56 crushed Oreo cookies
  • Crushed Oreo cookies (for garnish)
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your muffin tin.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, then gradually add the flour mixture until combined.
  3. Press spoonfuls of dough into the bottom and sides of the muffin cups to create cups.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add granulated sugar and vanilla, then incorporate the egg and beat until smooth. Gently fold in crushed Oreos.
  5. Spoon the cheesecake filling into cookie cups, filling about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the filling is set.
  7. Cool at room temperature, then pop out the cookie cups and garnish with crushed Oreos or whipped cream.
  8. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

Allow cream cheese and eggs to reach room temperature for a smoother filling. Chill before serving for the best flavor.
