Description

A creamy and rich pasta dish with baked chicken, garlic, and Parmesan that transforms any meal into a heartwarming experience.


Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place them in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Whisk together the heavy cream, soy sauce, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl until smooth. Pour over the chicken.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta with the baked chicken and sauce in a bowl before serving.

Notes

For a lighter dish, consider using coconut cream instead of heavy cream or substituting chicken with tofu or chickpeas.
