Description

Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 fresh lemons (juice and zest)
  • 1 tablespoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice and zest, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Place the marinated chicken in a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before drizzling with any remaining marinade.
