- 1 cup high-quality white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Gently wash the strawberries and pat them dry.
- In a heatproof bowl, combine white chocolate chips and heavy cream.
- Microwave in short bursts (15–20 seconds), stirring until melted and smooth.
- Dip each strawberry into the ganache until fully coated, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least one hour until set.
- Roll each truffle in cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
Ensure strawberries are completely dry before dipping to avoid seizing the chocolate.
