Description

Decadent and creamy truffles made with fresh strawberries and rich white chocolate, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup high-quality white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Gently wash the strawberries and pat them dry.
  2. In a heatproof bowl, combine white chocolate chips and heavy cream.
  3. Microwave in short bursts (15–20 seconds), stirring until melted and smooth.
  4. Dip each strawberry into the ganache until fully coated, allowing excess to drip off.
  5. Place dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least one hour until set.
  6. Roll each truffle in cocoa powder before serving.
