- 1 can of crescent roll dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Optional: chopped nuts (like walnuts or pecans) for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Beat until smooth and creamy. Fold in nuts if using.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and pinch the perforations to create a sheet.
- Cut the dough into triangles as indicated in the package. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture and a dollop of cranberry sauce at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the triangles from the wide end to the tip, enclosing the filling. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm or at room temperature.
