- 4–6 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup chicken broth (or vegetable broth for a vegetarian option)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (use a halal-certified brand)
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional, also halal-certified)
- 1–2 teaspoons sugar
- Green onions for garnish, chopped
- Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Begin by breaking your spaghetti noodles in half so they fit better into the Instant Pot.
- Pour the broken noodles into the Instant Pot and add garlic, chicken broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and sugar. Stir well.
- Close the lid and set the valve to sealing. Set the timer for 4 minutes on high pressure.
- Once the cooking time is completed, perform a quick release carefully.
- Switch the Instant Pot to sauté and add the butter, tossing until melted and pasta is coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
