Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. spaghetti noodles (or your choice of pasta)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 46 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup chicken broth (or vegetable broth for a vegetarian option)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (use a halal-certified brand)
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional, also halal-certified)
  • 12 teaspoons sugar
  • Green onions for garnish, chopped
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Begin by breaking your spaghetti noodles in half so they fit better into the Instant Pot.
  2. Pour the broken noodles into the Instant Pot and add garlic, chicken broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and sugar. Stir well.
  3. Close the lid and set the valve to sealing. Set the timer for 4 minutes on high pressure.
  4. Once the cooking time is completed, perform a quick release carefully.
  5. Switch the Instant Pot to sauté and add the butter, tossing until melted and pasta is coated.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
