- 1 cup melted semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch round cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- Cream together the softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, stirring in the vanilla extract after the last egg until well combined.
- Gradually fold in the dry ingredients along with the melted semi-sweet chocolate chips until just mixed.
- Blend the creamy peanut butter with powdered sugar and swirl it into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Cool the cake for about 10 minutes before transferring it to wire racks; frost once completely cooled.
