- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded Gruyère or Swiss cheese
- 4 sturdy buns
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping the onions and measuring out the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and shredded cheese.
- Melt a tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat, then add the sliced onions and sauté until caramelized, about 15 minutes.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned and crumbled, about 5-7 minutes, draining any excess grease.
- Stir in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, and let simmer for approximately 10 minutes until flavors meld and mixture thickens.
