Instructions
- Peel and chop the garlic cloves and finely dice the onion.
- In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter until foamy.
- Add the onions and garlic; sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
- Pour in the broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Cook for 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
