Description

Delight in easy shrimp tacos filled with vibrant flavors and textures, featuring perfectly cooked shrimp, crunchy cabbage, and creamy dressing.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 8 small tortillas (flour or corn)
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Hot sauce (to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat shrimp.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated shrimp. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  3. Warm the tortillas in another skillet for about one minute on each side.
  4. Layer cooked shrimp on each tortilla, followed by shredded cabbage.
  5. Drizzle with sour cream and add hot sauce and a squeeze of lime juice.
