- 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 8 small tortillas (flour or corn)
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Juice of 2 limes
- Hot sauce (to taste)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat shrimp.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated shrimp. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Warm the tortillas in another skillet for about one minute on each side.
- Layer cooked shrimp on each tortilla, followed by shredded cabbage.
- Drizzle with sour cream and add hot sauce and a squeeze of lime juice.
