Description

A vibrant Cobb Salad rich in flavors and textures, featuring grilled chicken, crispy bacon, fresh greens, and a tangy balsamic vinaigrette.


Ingredients

  • 34 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 strips thick-cut bacon
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • Balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  3. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, drain on paper towels and chop.
  4. Chop romaine lettuce, halve cherry tomatoes, dice avocado, and slice hard-boiled eggs.
  5. Assemble the salad by layering lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, avocado, bacon, blue cheese, and eggs in a bowl.
  6. Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette over the salad just before serving.
