- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1–2 teaspoons peppermint extract
Instructions
- Prepare your workspace by gathering all your ingredients and tools: a mixing bowl, hand mixer or spoon, wax paper, and a baking tray.
- In the mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and peppermint extract. Mix until smooth and creamy, then gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until thick.
- Form the mixture into small balls or desired shapes using your hands.
- Place the shaped mints on a baking tray lined with wax paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to an hour until firm.
- Serve the mints immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
Use softened cream cheese for easier blending and adjust peppermint extract to taste. Roll in colored sugar or coconut flakes for decoration.
