A cozy and comforting chicken dish enveloped in a creamy sauce, perfect for busy weeknights or family gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared dish and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  3. Spread the cream of chicken soup evenly over the chicken.
  4. Pour low-sodium chicken broth around the edges of the dish.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Serve hot, drizzling any remaining sauce over the top.

Notes

For a lighter version, consider using skinless chicken thighs or a homemade cream of chicken soup with low-fat milk.
