Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and place the cut sides facing up on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In a bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, basil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well blended.
- Spread the garlic herb butter evenly on each half of the bread.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella generously over the buttered halves.
