Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and place the cut sides facing up on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, basil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well blended.
  4. Spread the garlic herb butter evenly on each half of the bread.
