Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries

Instructions

  2. Melt butter and cocoa powder together in a bowl until smooth, then stir in granulated sugar.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Fold in the all-purpose flour until just combined.
  5. For the cheesecake layer, beat the cream cheese until smooth and mix in sugar, an egg, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  6. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan, then half of the cheesecake mixture. Repeat with the remaining batters.
  7. Swirl the batters gently with a knife to enhance flavor distribution.
