A decadent blend of rich chocolate brownies swirled with creamy cheesecake and fresh blackberries.

- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup butter
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter and cocoa powder together until smooth in a bowl, then stir in granulated sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing until a rich batter forms.
- Fold in flour until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- For the cheesecake layer, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sugar, an egg, and a splash of vanilla extract.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan, followed by half of the cheesecake mixture. Alternate dollops of remaining batter for a marbled effect.
- Use a knife to gently swirl the batters together.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set, allowing to cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for an extra treat.
