- 2 tablespoons coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

- Sliced green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken thighs by combining soy sauce, oyster sauce, and half of the coarsely ground black pepper in a mixing bowl. Massage the marinade into the chicken, ensuring it’s coated. Let it sit for approximately 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add marinated chicken thighs to the skillet and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes, turning until golden brown and cooked through.
- Sprinkle remaining black pepper over the chicken and stir well.
- Remove from heat and let rest briefly. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
