Description

Ingredients

  • 500 grams boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Sliced green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken thighs by combining soy sauce, oyster sauce, and half of the coarsely ground black pepper in a mixing bowl. Massage the marinade into the chicken, ensuring it’s coated. Let it sit for approximately 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add marinated chicken thighs to the skillet and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes, turning until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Sprinkle remaining black pepper over the chicken and stir well.
  5. Remove from heat and let rest briefly. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes
