Description

  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Peaches: Thaw your frozen peaches in a colander to drain excess liquid. Toss them with sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and cornstarch in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Preheat Your Oven: Set your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  3. Roll Out the Crusts: Fit one refrigerated pie crust into a 9-inch pie pan.
  4. Add the Filling: Spoon the peach filling into the prepared pie crust and dot the top with butter.
