Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the potato pieces with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Add sliced garlic and chopped herbs to the potatoes, mixing well.
- Spread the seasoned potatoes on a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle crumbled feta on top.
