Description

Delicious and irresistible almond flour chocolate chip cookies with a rich, buttery flavor and gooey chocolate centers, ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking soda, and salt until combined.
  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips evenly throughout the dough.
  6. Spoon dollops of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space for spreading.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
  8. Allow cooling slightly before serving.

Notes

For a healthier twist, consider using coconut sugar or a sugar substitute. Substitute butter with coconut oil for a dairy-free option.
