Instructions
- Start by cooking the rice according to the package instructions.
- Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and lime juice.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked to 165°F.
- Grill the corn beside the chicken until lightly charred or sauté frozen corn until heated.
