- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped topping (halal-friendly)
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- A pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Use an electric mixer to beat until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until thoroughly combined.
- Add the sliced strawberries and carefully fold them in without mashing.
- Mix in half of the graham cracker crumbs, reserving the other half for topping.
- Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl or individual dishes. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
- Before serving, sprinkle the reserved graham cracker crumbs on top and enjoy!
