Description

A delightful no-bake dessert that combines cream cheese, strawberries, and graham cracker crumbs for a refreshing treat.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping (halal-friendly)
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • A pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Use an electric mixer to beat until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until thoroughly combined.
  3. Add the sliced strawberries and carefully fold them in without mashing.
  4. Mix in half of the graham cracker crumbs, reserving the other half for topping.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl or individual dishes. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle the reserved graham cracker crumbs on top and enjoy!
