Description

Delightful and comforting Spinach and Feta Quesadillas filled with vibrant spinach and creamy feta cheese, perfectly toasted for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add washed spinach and garlic powder; sauté for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  3. Mix sautéed spinach with crumbled feta cheese in a bowl.
  4. Lay a tortilla on a surface and spread the spinach-feta mixture on one half.
  5. Fold the tortilla over and cook in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Cool slightly, cut into wedges, and serve warm.
