- 4 large flour tortillas
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add washed spinach and garlic powder; sauté for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
- Mix sautéed spinach with crumbled feta cheese in a bowl.
- Lay a tortilla on a surface and spread the spinach-feta mixture on one half.
- Fold the tortilla over and cook in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Cool slightly, cut into wedges, and serve warm.
