- 1 package (17.3 oz) frozen puff pastry sheets (2 sheets)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Thaw the puff pastry sheets according to the package instructions.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Gently fold in the fresh raspberries.
- Roll out the pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut into 3×3 inch squares.
- Place a spoonful of the raspberry mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold over one corner of each square to form triangles and seal the edges with a fork.
- Arrange the triangles on a lined baking sheet and brush tops with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
