- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- 3–5 drops pink food coloring
Instructions
- Prepare your workspace by gathering all ingredients and equipment.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
- Stir in sweetened condensed milk and pure vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually mix in the coconut flakes and sifted powdered sugar.
- Add 3 to 5 drops of pink food coloring and mix until the desired shade is achieved.
- Spoon the mixture into the lined baking dish and press down firmly to create a compact layer.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 1 hour until set.
- Once set, remove from the baking dish and cut into squares or bars.
