Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cups unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 35 drops pink food coloring

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by gathering all ingredients and equipment.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
  3. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and pure vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gradually mix in the coconut flakes and sifted powdered sugar.
  5. Add 3 to 5 drops of pink food coloring and mix until the desired shade is achieved.
  6. Spoon the mixture into the lined baking dish and press down firmly to create a compact layer.
  7. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 1 hour until set.
