- 1 lb pizza dough (fresh or store-bought)
- 20 slices pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
- Cut the dough into squares roughly 4×4 inches.
- Place one slice of pepperoni and a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners over the filling and pinch them closed tightly.
- Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with olive oil, then sprinkle with oregano and basil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
Notes
These pizza bombs can be frozen for later enjoyment. Reheat in the oven for a crispy texture.
