Description

Delightful bite-sized Pepperoni Pizza Bombs filled with cheesy goodness, perfect for family gatherings or movie nights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough (fresh or store-bought)
  • 20 slices pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Cut the dough into squares roughly 4×4 inches.
  4. Place one slice of pepperoni and a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the corners over the filling and pinch them closed tightly.
  6. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with olive oil, then sprinkle with oregano and basil.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.

Notes

These pizza bombs can be frozen for later enjoyment. Reheat in the oven for a crispy texture.
