- 1 cup sour cream

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions or cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Gather all ingredients and prepare cooked chicken if necessary.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add shredded chicken and seasonings, then sauté for 5-7 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, sautéed chicken, green chiles, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading evenly.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
