Description

  • 2 medium Honeycrisp or Fuji apples, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the Brie in a parchment-lined baking dish.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
  4. Add the sliced apples and sprinkle with brown sugar; stir gently.
