Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners.
- In a bowl, mix diced peaches with sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface, cutting it into 3-inch squares.
- Place a spoonful of peach filling in the center of each square and fold the corners towards the center to seal.
- Position each cruffin seam-side down in the muffin tin.
- Brush with egg wash and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
