Description

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 2 ripe peaches (diced)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1 egg (for wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix diced peaches with sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface, cutting it into 3-inch squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of peach filling in the center of each square and fold the corners towards the center to seal.
  5. Position each cruffin seam-side down in the muffin tin.
  6. Brush with egg wash and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
