Ingredients

- 200g of your favorite noodles (e.g., egg noodles or rice noodles)
- 4 tablespoons of chili oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 green onion, finely sliced (for garnish)
- Optional: A sprinkle of sesame seeds for serving
Instructions
- Boil a pot of water and cook the noodles according to package instructions (5-8 minutes).
- In a small pan, heat the chili oil and sauté the minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Drain the cooked noodles and combine them in a bowl with the garlic chili oil mixture, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Toss well.
- Serve the noodles garnished with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
