Description

A quick and flavorful dish featuring noodles tossed in garlic chili oil, perfect for busy nights.


Ingredients

  • 200g of your favorite noodles (e.g., egg noodles or rice noodles)
  • 4 tablespoons of chili oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, finely sliced (for garnish)
  • Optional: A sprinkle of sesame seeds for serving

Instructions

  1. Boil a pot of water and cook the noodles according to package instructions (5-8 minutes).
  2. In a small pan, heat the chili oil and sauté the minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
