Description

A rich and moist Chocolate Pudding Cake layered with creamy chocolate pudding, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two round baking pans.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix milk, melted butter, and eggs. Gradually incorporate this mixture into the dry blend until just combined.
  4. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Allow the cakes to cool completely in the pans, then layer them with chocolate pudding.
