A comforting and indulgent meal, Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Garlic Bread Subs combine tender chicken with creamy Alfredo sauce inside garlicky bread.

- 1 loaf of Italian or French bread
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise and hollow out the insides.
- Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, then stir in garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken and Alfredo sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread garlic butter on both halves of the bread, then fill with chicken Alfredo mixture and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake on a baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and bread is golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
For quicker preparation, use rotisserie chicken. Feel free to customize the filling with additional vegetables or spices.
