- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 slider buns (whole grain or brioche)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each breast in Panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the chicken bakes, mix together Sriracha, mayonnaise, and honey in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Once the baked chicken is ready, slice it into strips and place them atop the slider buns.
- Generously drizzle with the bang bang sauce.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For a lighter option, consider using crushed almonds instead of Panko and low-fat yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
