Description

These Bang Bang Chicken Sliders feature crispy chicken coated in a spicy-sweet bang bang sauce, served on soft buns, perfect for family gatherings or casual dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 slider buns (whole grain or brioche)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge each breast in Panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  4. Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. While the chicken bakes, mix together Sriracha, mayonnaise, and honey in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
  6. Once the baked chicken is ready, slice it into strips and place them atop the slider buns.
  7. Generously drizzle with the bang bang sauce.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a lighter option, consider using crushed almonds instead of Panko and low-fat yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
