A quick and delightful air fryer recipe for crispy, tender chicken coated in a spicy mayonnaise sauce.

- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
- Coat each piece in panko breadcrumbs until fully covered.
- Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- While cooking, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and honey to make the sauce.
- Once cooked and crispy, drizzle the sauce over the chicken or toss to coat before serving.
Notes
For a healthier version, swap mayonnaise for Greek yogurt and adjust sriracha for spice level.
