Description

A quick and delightful air fryer recipe for crispy, tender chicken coated in a spicy mayonnaise sauce.


Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  3. Coat each piece in panko breadcrumbs until fully covered.
  4. Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. While cooking, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and honey to make the sauce.
  7. Once cooked and crispy, drizzle the sauce over the chicken or toss to coat before serving.

Notes

For a healthier version, swap mayonnaise for Greek yogurt and adjust sriracha for spice level.
