A quick and easy Bang Bang Chicken recipe made in an air fryer, featuring a spicy, creamy sauce and crispy chicken.

- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
- Coat each piece in panko breadcrumbs until fully covered.
- Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- While cooking, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and honey to create the sauce.
- Once cooked, drizzle the sauce over the chicken before serving.
Notes
For a healthier option, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise and whole-grain panko breadcrumbs.
