Description

A quick and easy Bang Bang Chicken recipe made in an air fryer, featuring a spicy, creamy sauce and crispy chicken.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  3. Coat each piece in panko breadcrumbs until fully covered.
  4. Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. While cooking, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and honey to create the sauce.
  7. Once cooked, drizzle the sauce over the chicken before serving.

Notes

For a healthier option, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise and whole-grain panko breadcrumbs.
