Description

A warm and inviting baked brie nestled in a crusty bread bowl, topped with vibrant cranberry sauce and fresh thyme, perfect for gatherings any time of the year.


Ingredients

  • 1 round crusty bread loaf
  • 8 oz high-quality brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut off the top of the bread loaf and hollow out the inside, leaving about half an inch of bread on all sides.
  3. Place the brie cheese inside the hollowed-out bread bowl.
  4. Top the cheese with cranberry sauce and sprinkle thyme leaves over it.
  5. Drizzle olive oil, followed by a pinch of salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with reserved bread pieces or crackers.
