- 1 round crusty bread loaf
- 8 oz high-quality brie cheese
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut off the top of the bread loaf and hollow out the inside, leaving about half an inch of bread on all sides.
- Place the brie cheese inside the hollowed-out bread bowl.
- Top the cheese with cranberry sauce and sprinkle thyme leaves over it.
- Drizzle olive oil, followed by a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve warm with reserved bread pieces or crackers.
