- ½ cup buffalo sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss gently but thoroughly until well-coated.
- Place the seasoned florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Transfer the florets back to a bowl and toss with buffalo sauce until generously coated.
- Return the coated florets to the air fryer for an additional 2 minutes at the same temperature.
- Serve immediately alongside fresh celery sticks or your favorite dipping sauce.
