Description

A delightful blend of crispy and tender cauliflower tossed in a spicy buffalo sauce, perfect as an appetizer or side dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium cauliflower head, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss gently but thoroughly until well-coated.
  3. Place the seasoned florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Transfer the florets back to a bowl and toss with buffalo sauce until generously coated.
  5. Return the coated florets to the air fryer for an additional 2 minutes at the same temperature.
  6. Serve immediately alongside fresh celery sticks or your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For a crispier texture, ensure florets are spaced well in the air fryer and avoid overcrowding.
