Description

Transform cauliflower into a delicious, crunchy snack with this Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower recipe, combining heat and tang for a perfect treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium cauliflower head (cut into florets)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the florets are well-coated.
  3. Place the seasoned florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 12-15 minutes until they turn golden brown and crispy.
  4. Transfer cooked florets to a bowl and toss with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  5. For extra crispiness, return to the air fryer for an additional 2 minutes at the same temperature.
  6. Serve immediately with celery sticks or your preferred dipping sauce.

Notes

Monitor the cooking time closely to avoid overbaking. Store leftovers in an airtight container or freeze for later.
